FAQ
Answers to the obvious ones.
What sites can I upload?
Any static export or client-rendered SPA - Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, Next/SvelteKit static export, plain HTML/CSS/JS, or a built React/Vue bundle.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients open the hosted preview, enter a display name, and comment directly on the page. A project password can add a shared server-side access gate.
Can I turn reviews off?
Yes. Reviews are controlled per project, so the same link can collect comments while you iterate and become a clean delivered site when review is finished.
Is the sign-off a legal signature?
No. The sign-off certificate is a record of who approved a specific version and when. It is not an electronic-signature service or a claim that approval is legally binding.
Does the comment overlay work on every site?
It works on uploaded static pages that allow the PreviewSend overlay script to run. A restrictive Content Security Policy in the uploaded site can block the overlay until that policy is adjusted.
How big can a ZIP be?
100 MB per upload, on every plan. If your build is bigger than that, slim the export before sharing it.
How much traffic is included?
Plans include monthly hosted-site visits: 5k on Free, 50k on Starter, 250k on Pro, and 1M on Agency. A visit is counted when someone requests a hosted HTML page, not for every CSS, JS, or image asset.
How long are preview links live?
Indefinite by default while the workspace is active. On Pro and Agency you can set an expiry per project for temporary campaigns, demos, or shared drafts.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Starter and above. Add a CNAME to a subdomain you control (e.g. sites.yourbrand.com) and we issue the TLS cert automatically.
How many workspaces can I have?
Up to 2 free workspaces of your own - handy for keeping clients or brands separate. Upgrade a workspace to a paid plan and it stops counting toward that limit, so you can keep adding more. Workspaces you’re invited to don’t count against it.
Is my hosted site indexed by Google?
Preview responses send an X-Robots-Tag noindex directive and use an unlisted slug. Noindex is a search-engine instruction, not access control, so add a project password when the site should be restricted.
